Hola buenas....mirando por google encontré esto..espero que algo te ayude....
I dont see the experts reporting, so im lifting the same request that was posted before. The A7N266-VM motherboard is booting to bios and giving msg:
"MESSAGE CONFIRMATION THE SYSTEM INTRUDED, CHASSIS OPENED OR TEMPERED BEFORE"
I see Genie4all said something bout "chassis intrusion detection button" where is this pin's located plz dont lift something and dont make a trap for a mouse and forget the cheese... plzz tell us the full story. We want to know where.. how.. and is this gonna happen again ? then ure a technician
dont take this the wrong way.
There is a switch connection just next to the ATX Power Pin section called SMI lead (System management interrupt lead)
My question is, is that the reason why we are getting this wierd msg? cause we connected a LED switch by accident onto it now the motherboard
is giving this stupid msg? cause i must know asap how to get this thing fixed and theres no technicial that could give me answer so far incl. me
Any 1 that can help me and few others on how to fix this prob we will appreciate it ![email protected]

Hi ! ive got the answer to ure problems its Rust particals i think was my problem but its not me that got it fixed
say thanks to some called
Have a look what he said
and how he fixed it ... the jumper on the A7N266-VM is located just above the 20-pin PANEL (See manual or search for it online)
if u have close look on mobo then u will see something written on the mobo --> chassis IR
Theres a jumper connected over the last 2 pins, remove the jumper clean that area and replace the jumper with new one, restart ure PC few time (2 restarts for me) and Walla!
mail me at [email protected]
